Family Day at the Florence County Museum

Saturday, December 14, 2019.  12:00 pm to 3:00 pm

From toddlers to grandparents, Family Days at the Florence County Museum are sure to offer something for everyone. Join us the second Saturday of each month from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm for Family Day at the FCM. No registration required. Free of charge.

Holiday Open House: A Year-End Family Day Event

Bring your holiday cheer and creativity to the table to create your own gingerbread masterpiece. Each participant will decorate his or her own small gingerbread house with yummy supplies.

Mix up a sweet treat to go. Participants will fill a hot cocoa cone with sweet toppings and a candy cane stir stick to enjoy at home.

Jingle in the holidays with this merry necklace. Participants design a colorful jingle bell necklace to dress up the season.

Create a wintery painting with puffy sensory paint. Participants will create a snowman painting with homemade puffy paint. (Paint recipe will be included.)

Your home will smell of the holidays with this fragrant ornament. Participants will roll out cinnamon salt dough and cut an ornament to the shape of their choice. (Cinnamon Salt Dough recipe will be included.)
