Join visiting artist, Catherine Cross Tsintzos as she teaches how to create resist patterns and dye natural fibers with indigo. Participants will learn how to create a Indigo Ferrous Vat, create resist patterns and dye natural fibers.
*A kit with all required materials is included with workshop registration. Kit includes: Bucket, Indigo Dye Powder, Ferrous Sulfate, Calcium Hydroxide, resist materials, 1 Cotton Flour Sack Towel, 1 Silk scarf.
** Kits will be available for local pickup or shipping on July 1. Local kit pick-up is free of charge. If shipping is required, a $10 shipping fee is required.
