Family Day at Home
From toddlers to grandparents, Family Days with the Florence County Museum are sure to offer something for everyone. The FCM is still unable to host in-person programming, but we can’t let June go by without Family Day! Drive through to pick up your FREE Family Day at Home Kit to create along with us. All supplies and written instructions are included with access to online video tutorials. You don’t want to miss June’s Family Day at Home!

Kick off the Summer with these creative activities!
Sidewalk Chalk isn’t just for drawing! You can make your own Sidewalk Chalk paint to decorate your sidewalk or driveway! Participants will mix simple ingredients to make washable sidewalk chalk paint.
Encourage butterflies and other pollinators to visit your garden with this colorful butterfly feeder made from simple materials. Participants will create and decorate a butterfly feeder filled with homemade nectar.
Have you ever wanted to save a beautiful summer flower forever? You can preserve the beauty of summer by pressing flowers. Participants will create a journal to record their flower finds and press them to be preserved long-term.
