Afternoon Shuttle – Lake City Art Tour

As part of Florence County’s celebration of the museum’s tenth anniversary downtown, the Florence County Museum, in partnership with ArtFields, is coordinating a guided tour of downtown Lake City’s art studio and galleries. We invite you to tour:

• The Bean Market: light refreshments and remarks from Executive Director, Lauren Smith.
• Jones Carter Gallery: A Moment Captured: Portraits & Figurative Works from the Wright Collection of Southern Art
• TRAX Visual Art Center: Alice Ballard’s Metamorphosis of Nature Forms
• Acline Studios: Jim McDowell’s Remembrance & Joe Dreher’s Portrait Partners
• Hor d’oeuvres served at OT Hall or Courtyard, weather permitting.

As a courtesy to tour attendees, we are offering a shuttle bus service from the Florence County Museum to Lake City and back. To reserve a spot on the shuttle bus, please sign up on this page. Registration is required. Tickets are $10 per person.
