Family Day at the Florence County Museum

From toddlers to grandparents, Family Days at the Florence County Museum are sure to offer something for everyone. Join us the second Saturday of each month from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm for Family Day at the FCM. No registration required. Free of charge.

Terrific Textures

 
Create a textured drawing with stitches! Participants will learn basic hand stitching and create a textured fall-themed wall hanging.

 
Build a sculpture that looks good enough to eat! Participants will create a small cupcake sculpture with multiple textured surfaces.

 
Get your hands dirty making colorful kinetic sand! Participants will make their own moldable kinetic sand in this exciting hands-on experiment.
