Mornings at the Museum is an interactive program for children ages 3-5 with an accompanying adult. This program is offered from September through May on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The program will include a gallery visit, storytime, and hands-on studio activity.
We will be reading “Li’L Sis and Uncle Willie: A Story Based on the Life and Paintings of William H. Johnson” in the Focus Gallery and teaching your child about the art of W.H. Johnson. The children will then make art prints in the style of Johnson in the museum classroom.
The cost is $5 per family attending for nonmuseum members and FREE for museum members.
