Join us on Saturday, 9/12, from 1pm to 3pm for Family Day – Ice Age Giants. Step back in time and discover the giants of the Ice Age of the Pee Dee. You’ll learn how the glyptodont was a prehistoric ancestor of the armadillo. You’ll create your own prehistoric glyptodont shell while learning about shapes and patterns. Learn about colors as we identify various large, prehistoric land animals, aka megafauna, from the Ice Age. Stop by and become a junior paleontologist!
The event is free (no registration required).
