Join us on Saturday, 7/11, from 1pm to 3pm for Family Day – America’s 250th Birthday. Let’s celebrate our country’s semiquincentennial in bright, bold colors and create your own “fireworks” using scratch art techniques. You’ll learn about notable South Carolinians like Francis Marion (The Swamp Fox), Thomas Sumter (The Fighting Gamecock), & Andrew Pickens (The Wizard Owl) and make masks inspired by these historic figures who were instrumental in the American Revolution of 1776.
The event is free (no registration required).
