Our trained docents will guide you through the gallery and provide insight into the work on exhibit\, helping our guests also understand the context behind the artists whose works are on display. Registration via the link below is required. \nSouthern Visions explores regional identity through art created during the early 1900s. This collection features works in a variety of media\, including paintings and etchings\, that document the landscapes and daily lives of people living in the American South. \nBy highlighting both local and traveling artists\, the exhibit provides a visual history of the era’s unique social and environmental character. These works serve as historical records\, capturing the evolving scenery and identity of the Southern states through a documentary lens. \nThis exhibit also marks the first public appearance of significant new acquisitions donated by philanthropist John Welsh\, alongside signature works from the Wright Collection of Southern Art.[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20px”][nectar_btn size=”large” open_new_tab=”true” button_style=”regular” button_color_2=”Accent-Color” icon_family=”none” text=”Register for Tour!” url=”https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2003424841632″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” column_margin=”default” column_direction=”default” column_direction_tablet=”default” column_direction_phone=”default” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” row_border_radius=”none” row_border_radius_applies=”bg” overflow=”visible” overlay_strength=”0.3″ gradient_direction=”left_to_right” shape_divider_position=”bottom” bg_image_animation=”none”][vc_column column_padding=”padding-2-percent” column_padding_tablet=”inherit” column_padding_phone=”inherit” column_padding_position=”top” column_element_direction_desktop=”default” column_element_spacing=”default” desktop_text_alignment=”default” tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_backdrop_filter=”none” column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” column_link_target=”_self” column_position=”default” gradient_direction=”left_to_right” overlay_strength=”0.3″ width=”1/1″ tablet_width_inherit=”default” animation_type=”default” bg_image_animation=”none” border_type=”simple” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid” column_padding_type=”default” gradient_type=”default”][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]Upcoming Second Sunday Tours:\n02/14/27: Southern Visions\n03/14/27: Southern Visions\n04/11/27: Southern Visions\n05/09/27: Pee Dee History Gallery\n06/13/27: Pee Dee History Gallery[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

\nThis exhibit also marks the first public appearance of significant new acquisitions donated by philanthropist John Welsh\, alongside signature works from the Wright Collection of Southern Art.[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20px”][nectar_btn size=”large” open_new_tab=”true” button_style=”regular” button_color_2=”Accent-Color” icon_family=”none” text=”Register for Tour!” url=”https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2003425733299″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” column_margin=”default” column_direction=”default” column_direction_tablet=”default” column_direction_phone=”default” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” row_border_radius=”none” row_border_radius_applies=”bg” overflow=”visible” overlay_strength=”0.3″ gradient_direction=”left_to_right” shape_divider_position=”bottom” bg_image_animation=”none”][vc_column column_padding=”padding-2-percent” column_padding_tablet=”inherit” column_padding_phone=”inherit” column_padding_position=”top” column_element_direction_desktop=”default” column_element_spacing=”default” desktop_text_alignment=”default” tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_backdrop_filter=”none” column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” column_link_target=”_self” column_position=”default” gradient_direction=”left_to_right” overlay_strength=”0.3″ width=”1/1″ tablet_width_inherit=”default” animation_type=”default” bg_image_animation=”none” border_type=”simple” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid” column_padding_type=”default” gradient_type=”default”][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]Upcoming Second Sunday Tours:\n05/09/27: Pee Dee History Gallery\n06/13/27: Pee Dee History Gallery[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
